My stay at the Quality Hotel Elms was quite a mixed experience. The rooms were lovely and warm, close to shops and transport, but there was a constant irritating noise that made it hard to relax. The service was professional and friendly overall, with a hiccup in flexibility for a late check-out request. The location was convenient for reaching various destinations easily, but some aspects of dining were disappointing in terms of timing and value. The facilities were adequate, offering the basic necessities for a comfortable stay.

The hotel had quite different rooms, looking 'tired' and in need of refurbishment, but clean. The standard room was decent-sized, equipped with a fridge, iron with board, tea & coffee facilities; suitable for families with moderate baggage. The service was a mix of very unfriendly and excellent, with staff working around my presence in the room. The location worked well, near the airport and close to shops, offering a good quality stay without being right in town. The dining experience was expensive for average slightly warm food, starting half an hour later than advertised, and the facilities were satisfactory.
